MOSCOW, Dec 14 (PRIME) -- The artificial intelligence (AI) leaders will start coming to terms when threats for the mankind, like with the nuclear weapons, emerge, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday during the annual news conference merged with the Direct Line Q&A session.
“Yes, we can speak now about possible limitations, self-limitations, we may and should speak about the need for the leaders to agree between themselves to avoid the conditions that may result in any threats for the humankind,” Putin said.
“When the nuclear power turned into a nuclear bomb and everyone understood that the threat for those who owns this weapon rises, they started coming to terms. This threat and damage become unacceptable,” he added.
